Good morning! If you have an AOL or YAHOO email address, they have blocked thousands and thousands of email servers (not just ours).
Because of this, you may not get a reply if you email TDs@ or submit a ticket at www.WTPHELP.com.
Our email hosting company is working on getting this resolved, but they do not have a timeline as it’s in AOL and YAHOO’s hands.
